As the Regional HR Business Partner Leader at Oracle, me & my team partner with SaaS, Consulting, Cloud Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver strategic HR solutions that drive innovation and simplify processes. With expertise in talent management, organizational development, leadership coaching and business focused HR solution’s/ advisory, I bring creative, technology and data-driven approaches to solve complex business challenges. Previously, I led HR initiatives at TCS and Oracle, including roles as RMG Lead and Regional HR Privacy & Security Lead. Certified as an Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), I also contribute to global HR initiatives like data governance and HR AI councils. My background in Computer Science engineering combined with masters in HR & Systems enables me to bridge the gap between technology and Human Resources effectively.
