• I play the role of CTO for the Cognitive Solutions BU within Tonomus. My responsibilities include technology strategy (owning the overall cognitive city blueprint) technology buildout across multiple horizons emerging technology practices and labs. Our team help NEOM sectors in conceiving experimenting building technologies that’ll be productized. Some of the areas we are working on include Trust Enablement Layer using Decentralized identity Domain AI backbone using homegrown and open source LFMs Robotics Autonomous Agents etc. • (2021) As the Chief Technologist and Head of Engineering for Publicis Sapient MENA region I had two roles to play - one as the Engineering Leader for the region and the other one as a Technology Lead role for some key Programs. I work as an advisor and partner for CxOs across many engagements. • Setup up a crack team that will bootstrap new products for Organizations to test for feasibility viability and usability. • I have had the opportunity to work with both startups and Enterprises on building Products and Platforms. Some of which are truly green field initiatives. • More than two decades of hands-on practical experience in helping design build and operate large scale systems & cloud native applications leveraging patterns/techniques like distributed systems self-healing architectures etc. Co-Led the Architecture team for a startup that has 100s of microservices. • Practical experience in investigating fixing resiliency problems of large distributed systems that involves service and platform reliability fault propagation fall back implementations circuit breakers resource isolation etc. • Has led multiple Digital Transformation programs addressing digital experience platforms data platforms business applications phygital implementations etc. • Practical experience in Cloud Architectures – including network design connectivity physical architecture scaling mechanisms burst out patterns in different providers such as AWS Azure. • Understands the value of continuous improvements through CI/CD DevOps processes for high quality and frequent feature releases. Have conceived and built end to end path to live solutions all the way from backlogs to dark releases and canary releases. • I have had the opportunity to work with different teams across multiple Geographies/Cultures – Chicago Kuwait Singapore Dubai/Abu Dhabi Madison Bangalore. • Conceived and executed many self-development technology programs for colleagues outside regular work - programs such as brainwave barcamps HackME etc.
