My team provides web-based access to various Citi services and products for clients and employees, ensuring reliability, security, and user satisfaction. I have more than 9 years of experience in software engineering, handling derivative applications based on Unix platform, and troubleshooting issues with priority and efficiency. I hold a master's degree in industrial engineering and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering. I also have multiple certifications in SQL Server Reporting Services, Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012, and Shell scripting. I have gained knowledge on financial derivatives such as confirmations, payments, margin, swap and equity, and have supported end-to-end settlement processes. I am proficient in programming languages like Oracle, Unix, C and C++, and in tools and simulators like Autosys, Oracle10G, SQL Developer, DB visualize, ITRS, and Service Now. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise to deliver high-quality solutions and services for Citi and its customers.
