Executive brief of professional experience - Currently heading Diageo Philippines Inc. as Country head, since March 2022- Prior to this I was leading Diageo business in its Malaysia & Singapore JV with Moet Hennessy (MHD). Driving holistic performance delivery of business, financials, marketing & supply chain KPI’s. During my tenure the business delivered a 10x increase in net profit driven by building iconic luxury portfolio- Before MHD, I was based in Mumbai with Diageo India, managing the white spirits category (~60% of Company turnover). I led the successful turnaround of Smirnoff brand from a state of decline to double digit growth within a span of 3 years by adapting the global growth model to local insights & culture- Before joining Diageo, I was working as Regional Profit Centre head-West zone for Radico Khaitan, spearheading operations in 5 states, handling ~55 employees (sales, back-office, production), 6 factories & around 40 Distributors. Augmented turnover of my region by +35% in F05 & by +24% in F06. Later-on handled marketing of JV with Diageo- My early career was in consumer marketing roles across FMCG (Snack foods category & Tea industry).
