About Rajesh Joshi

I have over 25 years of Professional IT Experience delivering services to many global customers through different working models including Supplier Managed Services, Staff Augmented services, and Turnkey/Outcome-based projects. The nature of my work has varied from Software Development, Application, Data and Infrastructure Migration, Automation, Implementation, Consultancy, and BAU Support, helping me to enrich my knowledge and understanding. The projects have been delivered using traditional Waterfall and more recently using Agile delivery approaches. I have worked within various industry segments like Retail, Manufacturing, Banking & Finance, and High-Tech Engineering. I started my career in Software Engineering roles for the first 10-12 years which included algorithm development for Statistical Pattern matching, Product Feature development & customization, Web & User Interface Development, Middleware & Device Driver Development, and Application Development & Maintenance. Subsequently, leveraging this technical background, I moved to leadership roles involving Technical Project/Program/Service Delivery management, remaining as hands-on as possible.In the last 10 years, I have progressed through leadership roles further, leveraging my Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills along with an in-depth understanding of contractual processes, managing obligations, and compliance requirements. I have tried to keep benefits realization and value creation through continuous improvements at the forefront. This has helped to build trust and promoted organic business development.
