Implemented HZL Contractor Safety Performance Scorecard for SK Khetan all the sites and achieved +75% Score. Implemented Skill Mapping, Training Need Identification, Training Calendar, Training Program implementation for SK Khetan working for HZL Kayad Mines and Zawar Mines. Implemented Vedanta Sustainability Assurance Program at HZL RD Mines and SK Mines with highest score of 70% among all the mining units of HZL. Implemented DuPont Safety Management at RD Mine & SK Mines in the role of leadership committee. Implemented and upgraded ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 5S at RD Mines and SK Mines. Implemented Assets Optimization for RD Mine. The OEE improved by 14%. Conducted Manpower Rationalization Study. Implemented recommendation thru VRS, resulting in 25% of cost reduction. A manpower productivity Study carried out and implemented resulting in saving of 3.7 Crores per year recurring. At present working full time at SK Khetan Group as HSE Head since May, 2021. I worked as Consultant for HZL 2 mines - RD Mines & SK Mines from 2015 ( After VRS from HZL ) up to 2020 in the areas of HSE, Sustainability Program implementation, DuPont Safety, HZL Safety Standards implementation, improvements / upgradation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5S and other HSE activities. I worked as Sr. Manager ( MS ) for HZL - RD Mines from 1996 to 2015 in the role of MR- IMS, and Head Sustainability Program, Improvement Projects, Training, Assets Optimization- OEE, Productivity and industrial Engineering activities. I worked for HZL - Chanderiya Smelter from 1990 to 1996 in the role of Dy. Manager ( NS ) in the role of Manpower rationalization, Incentive Scheme, Quality Circles, Suggestion scheme, Productivity improvement IE Studies, Training Program. I worked for Usha Martin, Ranchi from 1987 to 1990 as Industrial Engineer, where my key roles were IE studies for Manpower Productivity improvement, Cycle time of process improvements, Incentive Scheme, QC, Training
