More than 24 years of experience in Piping/Mechanical Engineering (Oil & Gas Onshore/Offshore) greenfield/brownfield petrochemical, LNG, refinery projects in accordance with International Codes, Standards & Specifications- Experience in Conceptual, FEED, Detailed Design & Engineering, Equipment layout, Piping GADs, Isometrics, material take off, As-built drawings, Support engineering, support schedule preparation, Development of specifications, Review of calculations- Experience in activities like preparation of piping specs, Technical requisitions for enquiry and purchase, Datasheets for valves and piping specialties, Technical Bid Evaluation and vendor drawing review for valves, and special piping items and other long lead items- Experience in Onshore and Offshore Site Survey, Layout Study, Preparation of technical Clarifications, CTR, Method Statement and providing input to site survey report- Static and dynamic piping stress analysis using CAESAR II package, Spring/snubber/damper selection, Rigid Strut and Support selection, study /solving vibration, spring failure and other stress related problems at installations. Stress Analysis and Supporting of high Pressure-Temp Piping systems connected to Column-Reboilers, Compressors, Pumps, and Air fin Coolers etc- Taught Piping/Mechanical Engineering Subjects like Strength of Material, Pressure Vessel Design, Engineering Drawings etc. in Engineering Institute (very useful for EPC business in Oil & Gas field).4
