Was part of the commissioning team for Mild hydrocrackers in BPCL Kochi refinery. Was part of the start up team and was on panel post commissioning. Have a good experience in the start up, operation of the plant, vessel /column inspection, P & ID checking. Have received the Certificate of Merit as part of National Energy Conservation Award 2015 under Certified Energy Auditor Category from Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. Have been part of Indian delegation to Tokyo, Japan to attend “India-Japan Workshop (BPIN8)” which was funded by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Japan and ECCJ. I was shortlisted by BEE, for Country Focused training on Energy Conservation by JICA. 4 Technical Papers Titled “ Energy Audit in Petroleum Oil terminals” at World Energy Congress 2016 at Istanbul Turkey, “Case studies of energy optimization” at Refinery Technology Meet of Mop & NG, “Case studies of Energy Optimization in Industries” at World Energy Congress 2013 at Daegu, South Korea and “Energy conservation in petroleum based fuels” in Refining China at Beijing were selected/presented 6. Was a finalist in IChemE Global awards 2016 under “Young Chemical Engineer in Industry Category”. Have given inputs for guidebook updation for National certification exam for energy managers and auditors and Have been on evaluator panel to for National certification exam on energy auditing. Have been on faculty panel of NPC for conducting Energy conservation classes on various topics. Was faculty of PCRA national seminars 9. Have conducted Mandatory energy audits as Accredited energy auditor for PCRA for 12 PSU refineries in India within a time span of 6 months. Have been part of technical sub-committee member of Ministry of Power as part of baseline verification of refineries under PAT 2 scheme. Was a technical editor for “energy audit manual” released by Energy Management Centre, Govt. of Kerala and National Productivity Council, Govt. of India. Successfully trouble shot Foaming issues in Amine absorber in Mild Hydrocracker and received Executive Director's appreciation. Presented a paper titled "Amine Anomaly in Mild Hydrocracker", based on troubleshooting experience, in PTQ and AIChE.
