Oil and Gas processing facility which includes oil processing, gas compression, water treatment plant, gas sweating facility, sulfur production and transportation, name plate capacity - BBL oil with MMSCFD gas processing, direct team size reporting to me is around 40 includes leads, supervisors, engineers, technician, My strength is expertise with equipment specially rotating equipment includes gas engine (Waukesha, CAT, MWM), Gas Compressor (Ariel, GE and others), Gas Turbine (Solar). Besides I have an good exposure with pumps and others rotating equipment and static equipment like boiler, exchangers, tanks, columns, My expertise covers multidiscipline activity include mechanical, electrical, instruments with equipment, control systems. I exposures covers services includes engineering, design, construction phase, pre commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, unit overhauling, refurbishment and others. My proven managerial experience covers take single point of responsibility for own organization, customers, drive a big team, team build up, improving quality, making budget limitation and resource optimization, developing training culture with others team motivation and growing environment, field implementation for health, safety and environment standards, respect contractual points with maximize production, minimize resources with assets longevity. I have an good experience with shutdown activities from planning to implementation for upstream and downstream oil and gas facility, engineering, material selection, arrange MOC, design change, process improvement, documentation handing, developing drawings, SOP's, participate HAZOP studies and others. As part of training, I have attended certified courses at factory with Waukesha gas engine, MWM gas engine, Ariel reciprocating compressors, solar turbines, process and pipe line courses, various HSE topics, defense driving. At present, I am staying with my family at Kuwait.
