A result-oriented lead professional Instrumentation with more than 20+ years in the field of Construction, Fabrication, Engineering, Hook-up, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Maintenance & Project management for an EPCIC projects for Onshore & Offshore both Brown field & Green field. •Managing contractors in line with contracts ensuring adherence to safety policies, engineering standards and engineering/job procedures & specifications and other costs. •Review of electrical, instrument, piping and mechanical drawings with regards to the interface between various packages and prepare commissioning test procedure as per project deliverable. •Coordinate with HUC Vendors and Subcontractors for proper interfacing of fabrication, hookup, pre-commissioning activities. •Monitoring onshore fabrication, offshore Installation & pre-commissioning activities, monitoring procurement of project material and follow up with vendors. Attend FAT for the project equipment’s. •In conjunction with project planner, maintain detailed schedule, including identification of critical path activities and provide focus on critical activities. •Coordinate & participate in Formal Risk Assessments (FRA), project assurance and other reviews to ensure compliance with standards and ability to lead and work the team professionally to achieve tight deadlines without compromising standards. •Coordinate with clients to ensure proposed construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning work are clearly understood and accepted on environmental and safety work plans. •Knowledge of Piping and structure related drawings and work at onshore and offshore. •Installation of Process Field Instruments, Fire & Gas Instruments, Control Valves, Shut Down Valves & MOVs with associated accessories cable tray, MCT, cabling & tubing etc. for Green field & Brown field projects. •Installation of Package Systems Chemical Injection Skid, Instrument Air Skid & Utility Air Skid with associated accessories cable tray, MCT, cabling & tubing etc. for Green field & Brown field projects. •Set clear & realistic timeframes for self & others and provide team with clear sense of direction by reducing inter-discipline barriers. •Identification of resources necessary for execution of Construction, Hook-up, Pre-commissioning/Commissioning plan (including but not limited to personnel, equipment, materials, spares and consumables) •Ensuring that safety is reinforced as the highest priority consideration in conducting plant operations with an emphasis on Process Safety whilst not losing sight of Occupational Health and safety.
