About Rajesh Shinde

Global Technical Trainer | Building Future-Ready Workforces in Automation & Industry 4.0 | Researcher & Mentor. I have spent the last 10+ years building my career around industrial automation, mechatronics, and technical training. My focus has always been on designing and delivering impactful learning programs that combine deep technical knowledge with hands-on practice, helping engineers and professionals develop industry-ready skills. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to train thousands of participants — from fresh engineering graduates to experienced industry professionals — on technologies like PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, Electrical and Electronics Automation, Industry 4.0 etc. along with practical aspects such as installation, wiring, configuration, and troubleshooting of automation systems. Some of the milestones I value most in my career so far: Conducting global training sessions that bring together participants from diverse geographies and backgrounds. Leading corporate training programs for companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, achieving excellent feedback and measurable results. Rolling out PMKVY 4.0 automation training batches with a 100% certification success rate. Developing training content and digital modules that not only save time but also make learning more engaging and effective. Currently, I am working as a Global Technical Trainer – Automation, where I design and deliver training for digital oilfield automation solutions on an international scale. Alongside this, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering, which keeps me connected with research and innovation in my field.
