As a Service Advisor at Kamal Motors, I provided excellent customer service and vehicle maintenance for the I & LCV and SCV segments commercial vehicles. I worked with a team of technicians and supervisors to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any issues with the vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, where I learned the fundamentals of Engineering & its concepts. I also upskilled myself with Training & certifications in Production Planning & Control, Total Quality Management, Metrology & Engineering Inspection, and Integrated Management Systems, which enhanced my technical and commercial awareness. I am passionate about applying my engineering and management skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an Organization.
