From 01 July'2014, my responsibility have been expanded. Now taking care of IMEA ( India Middle East & Africa ) Region as Director Perfumery Supply Chain, with +25 Countries & +110 clients. Since Jul'11, operating as Supply Chain Director for Perfumery business in India, Two plants, Three locations,~ 150 People. Supporting business growth in D&E Market - India Local, Indian Subcontinent & MEA Region along with Turkey. Accountable for End to End Supply Chain including overall Plant Operations & Management in Safe enviornment. In May'07, have moved to Firmenich Inc-US on International Assignment. The job responsibilities includes - Strategic Sourcing & Global Alliances. Specialties: Long Term Strategic Sourcing initiatives, identifying new sources for innovitative products (off patent) in low cost countries keeping in mind the regulations of developed world. Moved back to India, in Feb'2010 to manage the Green Field project - Perfumery Compounding Plant @ Dahej SEZ. Joined in Firmenich India in Mar.'03 as a Purchasing Manager & was responsible for developing Indian Aroma Chemical manufacturers for the Firmenich Group.The task was to identify potential candidates & work with them to reach the GMP standards & Globally accepted Supply Chain capabilities.
