Qualified and Committed Civil Engineer, Management Graduate and Certified Business Excellence Assessor with 30+ years of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Experience in Construction Industry.(29 Years in UAE, 2 years in Qatar and 4 years in India). Key Accomplishments: Initial 15 years worked at Project sites for reputed contracting companies, effectively implemented Project Quality Assurance and Control, and successfully handed over the Projects such as BAB Infrastructure, Dubai Airport Terminal 1 Expansion, Jebel Ali ‘G’ Power Station, General Utility Plant for ADNOC Refinery, Propane and Butane Tank Project for GASCO (Projects Worth AED 4 billion) Established, managed, and improved QMS for a fast-paced contracting company from UAE to international in geographical expansion (Qatar, Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait) and value wise from AED 1 Billion to AED 10 Billion in 23 years (from 1997 to 2020). Managing and improving QMS for a fast-paced contracting company in Qatar, project values exceeding QAR 10 Billion, since Last 2 years. Worked as a Dubai Quality Award Deputy Team Leader (DQA) for 15 years, as per EFQM Model Criteria.(2 years part of the best team) Worked as an Assessor for Business Excellence and Innovation Awards on behalf of Dubai Chamber of Commerce for 2 years. Active participant in collaborating Company’s MRM Award submission, which we won in 2007. Last 18 years working at corporate level for a large contracting firm having projects across the GCC and responsible for Establishing, Monitoring, Improving Policies and Procedures of the company, spanning the value chain from Pre-Contract, Project Start-up Management, Procurement, Execution, Project Closeout Management and up to Defect Liability Period. Mobilizing QA/QC resources and assisting in setting up QMS for Projects in mobilization stage. Seasoned internal Auditor for QMS & EMS standards for Departments, Divisions, Project Sites and sub-contractors as per management requirement to ensure stringent quality control. Establishing, monitoring, and measuring KPI performances for improvement in product quality & services. Conducting Risk Management Workshops, establishing and monitoring Risk Management Register and Mitigation Strategies for Projects. Assisting Pre-Contract Technical Team for QMS related topics during Tendering and Post Tendering Presentations.
