About Rajesh Venkat

I have extensive financial services experience, with specialisation in retail lending. My work cuts across various functions, ranging from sales leadership, credit and risk management, six sigma and operations management. I currently double hat - I lead a P&L for large and fast growing region and also have oversight for analytics for the company. I have done a 6 year stint as CEO of a boutique KPO which focussed on back office operations for Australian financial services and accounting firms. Over my career, I have led large, diverse and geographically disparate teams. I am passionate about developing people, leading change and building a robust and self sustaining culture. I am a firm believer that these skills and this orientation create a lasting multiplier of performance. They build robust teams that can produce sustained delivery of outcomes over a long period of time. I enjoy distilling the essence of the tools and mindsets that enable regular people to achieve significant results.
