I am a technology leader with significant experience in senior management. So many IT managers seem to work in the dark, so to speak, assuming that the technological expertise they bring will be sufficient for success on its own. For me, it’s about so much more. Because whilst technical clout is of course central to what we do, due diligence is often missing in action.
