As a highly skilled Supply Chain Data Analyst Manager with over 13 years of experience in the beverage industry, agrochemicals, and life science sectors, I have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency through data-driven strategies-My expertise include Supply Planning, Demand Planning, inventory management, Procurement, Cashflow improvement, Intergrated Business Planning(IBP) and logistics, with a focus on digitization, analytics, and business intelligence-Currently, I am the Sr Manager in Supply Chain Management at Adama Asia, where I Manage Inventory, Planning, Cashflow improvement, Removing SupplyChain Bottelneck, S & OP and System which includes digitization of manual processes and implement end-to-end automation. My Technical proficiency in Dashboard design, BI tools, Handing Multisource Data, Automation, Project management which enables me to develop interactive and insightful dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide valuable insights for decision-making. And automate redundant business process Some of my notable achievements include -Cashflow improvemtn of 4 Mn USD by reducing Inventory through Saftey Stock Optimization, Prodcut Segmentation and Global Inventory Movement -Lead the project in developing end to end Supply Chain dashbaord which included - Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Prodcution Scheduling, Service level, Inventory tracking, Projected Inventory, Forecast Accuracy, Sales and Cycle over Cycle- Implementing an export-import market intelligence tool to support procurement negotiations, and optimizing inventory through consumption modeling. Additionally, I have successfully delivered projects such as revamping planning tools and developing a vendor portal in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders. With my strong background in analytics, process automation, and project management, I excel in translating complex data into actionable insights. I possess technical skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python and have experience in using Microsoft platforms for analytics and digitization.
