About Rajib Sengupta

A competent professional with 17+ years of extensive experience in Project Management & Planning, Contract Administration, Risk & Strategy Management, Resource Management and Client Relationship Management with various complexities. Personally it was excited for me when I had the opportunities to play as professional toward facing challenges in various complexities of multiple projects delivery constraint and system integration accorded the highest level of targeted priority. I prefer to showcase my own behaviors as first priority, in order to encourage my own team members to collaborate. This means being open to and respecting all group members’ ideas, showing enthusiasm for creative or innovative options, and inviting critique of own preferences. Rather than working toward predefined goals made by management, come together as a team to outline objectives and make actionable goals. Not only will this help each team member feel more purposeful, but it will strengthen accountability because everyone has a stake in the common purpose and end goal. Also I prefer to avoid the unnecessary micromanaging – as people need a degree of autonomy to feel purposeful. I believe any innovation must be comes from nature, personally It was excited for me when The kingfisher’s beak became the model for the nose cone of Japan’s 500 Series Shinkansen bullet train (more aerodynamic – less noise).
