A dynamic result oriented professional with 33 years of rich experience as an Officer in Technical / Operations / Engineering Facility, Supply Chain and Project Management in Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (EME) of Indian Army. Corps of EME is the sole engineeing support provider to the army from needle to helicopters both during war and peace. Adept at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations and handling grievances, thus creating an amicable & transparent environment. Wide experince in formulation and implementation on ground of engineering support philosophy and policies of the Army to sustain longterm strategic aim, synergising with military operational objectives. Took part in two military opeartions namely OP Vijay and OP Prakarm with flying colours.
