With over 3 decades of retail experience and a PGPMAX degree from the Indian School of Business, I am the Group CEO of Kaya Limited, the largest and most trusted chain of skin, hair, and body clinics in India. I have a proven track record of delivering customer value propositions, managing P&L, working with professional boards and senior promoters, managing / working with multinational teams and gender diverse teams, expanding store networks, developing new products and services, and implementing digital and AI solutions in the skin and hair care industry. My core competencies include strategic leadership, general management, operations management, brand management, consumer insights, people leadership, product management, and merchandising. I am also passionate about digital and AI trends and how they can enhance customer experience and business performance. My mission is to make Kaya the preferred choice for skin and hair care in India, with a diverse and talented team of over 115 certified dermatologists, a 95% women workforce, and a culture of excellence and innovation.
