8+ Years of work Experience in Verification & Validation of embedded systems in automotive domain. • Good Experience on Hardware-in-Loop V&V (both manual and automation) using NI -LABVIEW RIG environment. • Experience in Component Level validation for Safety & Infotainment Control Systems at Subsystem level on Bench set up. • Experience in System Level validation on VOLVO heavy machinery like Back-Hoe-Loaders, Compactors, Compact Wheel Loaders, Pneumatic Tyre Rollers and Road Paving machines interfacing real ECU’s like vehicle master ECU(VECU), IECU(for HMI), Transmission ECU(TECU) and simulating Engine ECU on bench and LABVIEW RIG set up. • Domain expertise in automotive electronics in the area of Airbag Control Unit (ACU), Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS), Vehicle Master ECU and Instrument Clusters. • Document and present test results as per the quality analysis team policies and procedures. • Experience in understanding requirements traceability matrix and also validate system interface at customer level. • Good working experience on CAN, LIN, J1939 communication protocols and CANoe & CANalyser testing tools. • Performing diagnostics testing using KWP UDS and J1587 diagnostic protocols. • Identifies software issues and transfers problem issues into the issue tracking system with supporting log files and data. • Coordinates with different departments domestically and internationally. Participates in requirements reviews, design reviews, and other activities in the Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP) • Experience in performing risk assessments, time estimations, and resource estimations. • Working knowledge of functional and non-functional software testing, the software test life cycle(V-Model), and various test design methodologies.
