About Rajminder Kaur

I have a professional experience in training for 10 years now. I began my career with teaching in a management institute in Ludhiana, India. Later I started teaching students and professionals in soft skills, personality development, IELTS and employability skills. As a trainer I have- • Good knowledge of the subject- I have always had a good knowledge of the material. Before starting a session I try to live and breathe the session and put my own terminologies in to it. • Warm and friendly relationship with students- I try and make my sessions easy and smooth. I am able to adjust the delivery of my session according to the situation i.e. If any factual content is coming up I adjust accordingly so that my trainees do not become bored or impatient. I prefer to have tempo in my sessions. • Interactive sessions-I also encourage students to participate and share their views with each other. • Good learner- I strive to learn new things either by myself or by following instructions. • I have also received the award for the best trainer in Aspire human capital Technology (year 2011-2012(PAN India) for being the best trainer.
