More than 8 years of work experience in the development sector (International non-governmental organization) and professional experience are focus on following: 1. Design and drawing of safe and Inclusive School buildings construction, inclusive toilet building construction, community drinking water supply system, WASH, livelihood and irrigation canal etc. Technical support, supervision and monitoring of different infrastructure, timely completion of project with quality and budget. Preparation of detail cost estimate, BoQ, technical feasibility assessment of construction schemes, preparation of work/stage completion report of project, preparation of monthly construction report. Monitor project implementation and provide technical support to implementing partners to strictly follow construction codes, ensure alignment with Government of Nepal standards and assure structurally sound delivery using standard checklists. Carry out frequent monitoring of the construction work to ensure that the quality of construction works meets the requirements as per drawings and standard specification. Ensuring the construction schemes are child friendly, gender friendly and disable friendly during implementation and followed the Nepal building code.
