Raju currently operates as Vice President (Associate Director) with KPMG India, Transaction Services - Deal Advisory. Prior to his current role, he worked as Associate Vice President with EY India and Assistant Manager with KPMG India, Transaction Services. Raju's experience spans across Renewables, Roads and E mobility sectors. Having worked on 40+ engagements, Raju holds inconsiderable experience in financial due diligence engagements working with a cross section of multinational clients, private equity, pension and hedge funds in the evaluation of risks and opportunities of their inbound and outbound investment plans. He also possesses a deep understanding of transaction, documentation, negotiation issues and post deal monitoring. Before assuming the role in Deal Advisory, Raju has gained experience in statutory audits for various listed and private companies across the BFSI, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Service sector domains.
