Rollout of SAP S4/HANA across 6 group Companies and 14 Divisions in Rossari Group Companies in a span of 8 months, integrated with Dealer Portal (CRM), HR Platform, ZOHO Analytics and Digital Compliance Service (DCS) for GST Filing, eInvoicing and ewaybill generation from integrated platform. Successfully integrated business processes with IT ecosystems of acquired Companies in a short span of 6 months. Implemented People Safety and Materials tracking solutions using RFID Tags, AR/VR/MR & QR Codes in Plants and Onshore and Offshore Project sites. Delivered Connected Machine (Material Handling Equipment, Marine Vessels, Heavy Machine) solutions to track their utilization, fuel monitoring, potential failures and alert management using IIOT and AI/Video Analytics based solutions. Digitalization in Supply chain using SAP Ariba and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solutions. Successful upgrade of Oracle ERP instance to make GST compliant. MES/Industry 4.0 implementation to bringing shop floor/producing assets visibility to top floor and advanced Analytics using TIBCO Spotfire, Power BI and Qlik Sense. Deployed Digital Oilfield Solutions (also known as Smart Fields) in Oil & Gas for Onshore and Offshore assets in a short span of 36 months that has realized huge cost saving and increased operational excellence across assets using advanced surveillance and DCS/SCADA integrations. Implemented Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) for Project’s progress tracking using Digital Twin and Dassault Systems. Rollout of Lab Management, Asset Management and Realtime Performance monitoring of Producing Assets.
