Daily Finished fabric QC report to be prepared and analysed for any discrepancies. Periodical review of all QC procedures for further improvement and effectiveness. ISO procedures up-dates. Discussing Shift Reports with QC Assistants at the end of Shift. Preparing Customer's QC Inspection report before dispatch of consignment. Ensuring Packing quality and quantity shift wise and also checking these reports at the end of the shift. Raw Material inspection reports and clearance certificates of all items. Following 5S system.
