I am a Project Manager and Scrum Master with over 15 years of experience in IT and operations and a passion for delivering solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. I hold a Master's degree in Information System Security from the University of The Cumberlands and am a Certified Scrum Master and an (ISC)² Candidate. Currently, I lead and facilitate multiple Scrum teams at A+E Network in a DevSecOps environment, where I apply agile best practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, code reviews, and testing, to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables. I also communicate effectively with stakeholders, present regular updates on project status, and resolve technical, financial, and operational issues. In addition, I have doubled the team velocity, throughput, burndown, and cumulative flow of four cross-functional teams, and have worked collaboratively with internal and off-shore teams. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success of IT projects that make a positive impact on the world.
