I am a Senior Product Manager at Rakuten, where I lead the development and management of innovative telecom products that enable businesses and consumers to communicate and collaborate more efficiently and effectively. With over 8 years of experience in building and managing consumer and corporate internet products across different industries and business models, I have a passion for creating value for customers and stakeholders through technology and design. Currently, I work on Rakuten Link Office, a B2B telecom SaaS product that provides features such as calling, messaging, voicemail, meeting, file sharing, storage, and email. I also work on Rakuten Link, a B2C product that offers platform customization services and support. I orchestrate the product's development end to end, working in a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, business analysts, UI/UX, scrum master, and network team. I leverage my domain expertise in 5G and RCS, as well as my skills in product management, Python, and strategic planning, to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
