I am an accomplished professional with a proven track record in the private, management, and non-profit sectors. My expertise encompasses various areas, including HR Operations & Acquisition, Event Management, Civil Engineering, Communication, Public Speaking, Teamwork, and Leadership. With a solid foundation in business development and a strong command of computer skills, I bring a dynamic skill set to the table. I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil Engineering from St. Martins Engineering College, affiliated with JNTUH College of Engineering in Hyderabad. During my four-year tenure at the international non-profit organization, AIESEC, I had the privilege to lead and mentor over five diverse teams hailing from different regions of India. This experience honed my business acumen and elevated my leadership abilities. As the former Head of Business Expansions & Customer Experience for AIESEC in Hyderabad and also as Head of Operations for AIESEC International Congress, I have led and delivered various conferences, summits, and workshops as well. Most recently, I served as an HR Assistant for the world's largest Customer Centric Company "Amazon" with my duties being virtual support to all Amazon US employees in regards with their grievances and complete Employee Lifecyle issues. At present, I am performing my duties as a Generalist within the Strategy team at Ozone Group, where I operate as a cross-functional expert. My role involves supporting and enhancing the overall organizational development, collaborating with a range of teams, including Customer Support, Service, and Software Systems. Additionally, I am directly involved with the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with the TA Lead to drive strategic HR initiatives.
