About Rakesh Parameshwar

I am a leader in organizational transformation in the Corporate & FinTech space. I specialize in Strategy & Innovation and create new business product lines that unlock value across various LOBs within an organization using cutting edge technology, lately AI/ML & Knowledge Graphs. At Moody's I am building a horizontal platform that spans across various domains including Compliance, Credit, Commercial Real Estate, Climate, Supply Chain, and ESG. Prior to Moody’s I was at Bloomberg for nearly a decade where I built part of the "NEXT" horizontal platform across Fixed Income products; and led the Desktop API business, Alert Catcher product & BQL/BQUANT Quant platforms that spanned across all asset classes. I served the part of an "Entrepreneur-in-residence" for a majority of these roles. Prior to these roles, I spent 15 years in Wall Street banks in Sales & Trading roles as well as in Technology teams. On the personal front, I am an advisor on the board of LivDemy which is an exciting startup in the Music EdTech space. I am also a founding member of IIT-IIT.org (IITians for Influencing India's Transformation) which harnesses the collective voice and skill set of IITians to give back to India through national scaling of social impact programs.
