My tenure with EY's award-winning offering, EY Fabric, has been marked by successfully addressing the needs of over 1200 internal customers and users, through our cutting-edge products like Cloud Labs (one-click innovation-sandboxes on Azure/GCP/AWS) and the Containers Management platforms. Over 2 decades experience with technology, architecture and product strategy has enabled me to build market-fit products and guide them to financial self-sufficiency soon after their launch, and ensuring a swift transition through their growth and maturity phases. I have led a multi-million-dollar portfolio of 10+ digital products (SaaS) in areas of cloud access/security, multi-cloud infra, and API management. I have successfully boosted product adoption & growth, and improved the Net Promoter Score (NPS) from the lower 40s to the impressive 60s by prioritizing customer needs and adopting an outside-in perspective, while guiding a team of 7 product managers/owners. I have engaged with various organizational levels and cross-functional teams to promote a unified vision and a culture of excellence. And worked towards building high performing teams that have achieved outstanding business outcomes using my business, leadership and technical acumen.
