I am a workaholic person, competitive and an achiever. Problem Solving has been a passion for me with creative ideas, holding core values in my organization. Peoples favorite, aspirational role for many and constant desire to improve. Working with bottom quartile unit has been a mjor role in my career. Engaging into complex areas of a business draws my interest and finding innovative solutions with timely delivery is my primary goal. Interpersonally effective and optimistic. Many record breaking achievements and projects which helped me with a fast growth. I like creating prodigies and legacies. I believe in strengthening and motivating people to make my organization stronger, capable for achieving any goal which is why I engage with various people within my organization to not limit my reach. A lot of certification of achievements have been awarded to me for my endless efforts. I look upon virtues more than monetary appropriation but at the same time belive in rewarding my subordinates. I am known for my communication skills and ability to convince people/clients for the best interest of my organization.
