With the courage to say yes or no, to cut through complexity, and to keep moving forward, even when the path is unclear. Today, I serve as CEO of Conrad Electronic, where we’re transforming a well-known German retail company into something fundamentally new: a European digital platform for professional procurement. My role is to make that transformation real – by building infrastructure that actually works, partnerships that last, and systems that reduce friction instead of creating more of it. If Europe wants to stay industrially competitive, we can’t just adopt existing models – we need to build our own. That’s what drives me: using clarity, structure and strategic courage to help organizations move from change fatigue to real impact.
