About Ralf Jansen

When I was a Senior Software Engineer, I led the development of a new inventory management system, which effectively optimized the company's inventory management process, making its operations more efficient and accurate. I coordinated a cross-departmental team, including software engineers, testers, and UX designers, to ensure that the project's timeline and budget were kept under control. During my transition to Senior Information Technology Security Analyst, I led a major project to update the company's security protocols to ensure better protection of business and customer data. In this project, I assumed the role of the principal, I supervised professionals who evaluated the security measures of all the technical systems of the company and provided a comprehensive report. I also evaluated the company's employee training program to make sure employees were adequately trained in keeping the company's network safe. Through these experiences, I have become a project leader with comprehensive strategic thinking, able to cooperate with the team, manage key projects and ensure the success of the projects under strict timeline requirements. My experience has proven that I can adapt to a variety of work situations and deliver reliable results.
