As the Head of Customer Service Europe at adidas, I am responsible for defining and implementing a profitable customer service strategy that focuses on winning customers across 36 countries. I lead a team of 220 employees and 8 country cluster organizations, serving B2B customers. I have re-designed the European org blueprint to create efficiencies and reallocate resources to winning customers. With over 20 years of national and international experience in the sporting goods industry, the technology sector, and sales process consulting, I have a core competence in transformation and restructuring of sales organizations and country units. I have also created the 2025 strategic plan and strategic priorities for all brands, sales channels and country units in Europe.
