About Ralf Loth

I have over 20 years work experience as an automotive electrician in diagnosis and repair automotive electric systems for Mercedes-Benz passenger and van cars. I did a lot of trainings to keep on learning and specializing in the field of automotive electric and electronic. In the last 5 years I have also been trained for hybrid and all-electric Mercedes-Benz cars and systems. My professional experience includes the following topics: Maintenance, general diagnosis and repair of electrical system in the automotive, power supply systems, multimedia, telecommunication and comfort systems, driving assistance systems, air conditioning systems, safety systems (airbag, access authorization FBS systems, alarm systems), interior (removal and installation of components, noise search and repair), engine diagnosis gasoline and diesel engines, high voltage diagnosis and repair, battery expert, hybrid and high voltage expert, manual disconnect HV system). My skills also includes very good experience with diagnostic systems from Mercedes-Benz (Stardiagnose / Xentry system) and I am very good at soldering, even in difficult places and areas in the vehicle. I have also had some positive experiences in customer contact. And I am very helpful and always interested in helping the customer and giving a solution to solve his problem. But the technical field is my favorite. I am always enthusiastic about technology and highly motivated to learn new things and to gain experience and to exchange with other employees and to work in a team, but I am also very good at working fully independently.
