About Ralf Moldenhauer

With over 25 years of professional experience in restructuring, I offer broad expertise in the entire crisis management process, from holistic transformations through turnaround and restructuring of (di)stressed companies. I have worked across industries, for medium-sized companies (esp. German Mittelstand) as well as international conglomerates during my business life. Working for family-owned businesses, Private Equity assets or public shareholders is familiar to me. In addition to functional know how I am able to provide first hand experience in crisis management and recovery from challenged situations. With my expertise I help clients to deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term, while positioning them to win in the future. My work in turnaround, restructuring and recovery is focused on Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa (EMESA).
