Hi, I’m Ralf — Product Owner Growth & Sales at Allianz Direct Germany. I’m responsible for driving new business in the German market, leading cross-functional initiatives across media planning, performance optimization, and strategic growth projects. I also have the pleasure of leading a talented team of experts and working closely with senior leadership to shape how we acquire and engage customers. At heart, I’m a storyteller. I believe great stories are what inspire, connect, and move us — whether through compelling marketing or captivating fiction. That belief has shaped my journey across performance marketing, SEO, campaign management, and brand strategy. Outside of work, you’ll find me reading about history, mythology, or marketing trends — or rolling dice as the long-standing Dungeon Master of my RPG group. I also contributed various articles to Teilzeithelden, Germany’s leading web magazine for fantastical fiction, where I write about comics, history, and storytelling and World History Encyclopedia, a non-profit organization publishing the world's most read history encyclopedia.
