Background
About Ralfs Dravnieks
In the craft beer world, there’s really only one rule: the further outside the rules you go, the more original you’re likely to become. And with such intense competition, that rule is the most important of all. I entered the craft beer scene two years ago. During the pandemic, I got into homebrewing and eventually decided to completely change my life. I left a comfortable editor position at a lifestyle news portal, said goodbye to a long-cherished career in journalism, and applied for a job at Labietis—the largest and oldest craft brewery in Latvia. Now, my communication skills, award-winning writing (recognized by the Latvian Journalists’ Association), and experience working with fast-paced digital content help Labietis become even better.
