Since 2011 I've done many projects as consultant with WEM, creating custom IT solutions using our WEM No-Code Platform, while internally enhancing and improving the WEM Platform itself as software developer. Done many integrations between WEM and backoffice systems, municipal administration systems, custom webservices, and so much more. Also involved in improving and maintaining our own technical infrastructure as well as internal Office procedures and environment. Responsible for customer support to our WEM and hosting customers, Microsoft Partnership and SIDN domain-administration. 2010 Started Glen Jochy Inc as my own business as a freelance percussionist and consultant and developer for band-webpresence, including my own bands. 2010 Joined ZoomBIM Solutions to create web-based knowledge systems and decision-tree-based self-service-solutions on a custom framework using ASP.Net, MVC and Silverlight (The Web Expert Module). 2009 I changed from ICT consultant to in-house product development in accounting software. Over 10 years experience as (lead) Web Application/Solution Developer using Microsoft Technologies. I mainly focus on pragmatic and user-oriented solutions, rather than technology-driven apps. In September 2009, I joined a group of enthousiastic community members to start our volunteer-driven community initiative to get fiberglass network in our village: FttH. My specific activities include: website design and content management, including twitter, newsletters, blogs and forums; editing offline and online communications; and of course everything else we do together, like public appearances, information sessions, answering questions in all forms, meetings, etc. Specialties: WEM.io platform, developing web-applications using Microsoft products and software (.Net, C#, VB, ASP, ASP.Net, WCF, MVC, Ajax, SQL Server, Sharepoint).
