Ralph is a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) with more than 5 years of work experience in audit assurance, regulatory compliance and internal audit; covering from financial services to manufacturing and building materials industries. I have been with Big 4 specialising in assurance and consulting with portfolio spanning across banking, insurance, asset & wealth management etc. Apart from the vast technical skills and knowledge acquired, assurance and consulting have trained me to:(1) Strive under constant pressure, in meeting tight deadlines, involving various projects (2) Managing various stakeholders (Partners, Managers, Supervisors, Associates and Clients from all ranks (3) Monitoring of engagement budget & planning of resources allocation (4) Inspire, motivate and provide support mentally, physically and spiritually to team and peers (5) Giving utmost commitment to ensure clients are satisfied and impressed with the work results (6) Being resourceful; i.e. knowing where to look and whom to ask, for information.
