About Ralph Davidson

Over 20 Years experience in delivering unique and challenging Real Estate Assets in a variety of Sectors and Industries leading to my focus on Data Centre's. I have been lucky enough to lead a wide range of groundbreaking projects and project teams delivering over 500MW of Data Centre Built Capacity, working with operations teams managing over 1,300MW of live Data Centre's. As well as act as Development Manger for clients such as LucasFilm (The Sandcrawler,SG), HSBC, Microsoft, Google, PDG, Cognita, Autodesk (the first LEED Platinum office in SG), any many more. In addition I have undertaken Due Diligence and Subject Matter Expert engagements on Development Planning & Feasibility Studies / Master-planning; stemming from my extensive background in handling large-scale developments in both the public and private sectors. A key motivator for me has always been to explore how sustainability and future technologies that improve efficiencies and reduce our impact on the planet. As a regional leader, I draw inspiration from my project management roots and lean methodology. Coupled with active coaching, I continuously work with my team to build a diverse and organized environment, ensuring that those around me are empowered to reach their full potential and succeed in their roles.
