Hello, Kamusta, Living and attending university in Kyoto, Japan inspired my love for travel, where I have visited over 90 countries and also run a popular travel blog. My passion for travel transcended my career into the airline industry where I quickly picked up interest in all things relating to workforce planning and optimisation.Currently I'm working to transform and disrupt the Workforce Management landscape in Tax & Legal. Getting people closer to their dream engagements or/and opening opportunities that weren’t there before, while maintaining operational excellence for the team and organisation. You could say it's my bread and butter.I love what I do - some say it’s like playing Sudoku everyday with how complex the challenges get, and I enjoy every minute of it. I once had an interview where I was asked to play a puzzle game challenge on the spot, and coincidently it was of a game I enjoy playing in my spare time. The most rewarding aspect is always helping people get one step closer to their desired goals - improving the quality of their career experience and hearing how much they grew from it. Leveraging knowledge from being a national systems SME helps me marry creative and innovative solutions to elaborate obstacles.Outside of workforce management, I am an award-winning photographer, content creator, and published songwriter who enjoys story-telling through these creative outlets.
