About Ralph Hansen

For many years, I have pursued what I enjoy and turned it into a hobby. I was once told,"Find what makes you happy and make a living from it." From that point on, my life has revolved around being mechanically inclined—identifying and solving problems, and assembling the right team to tackle them. I have worked in several fabrication shops, where I discovered that the teamwork and dedication required to follow a procedure from start to finish and create an amazing final product is what has kept me passionate about the fabrication industry. It has truly become my life’s work. I have progressed to the role of Group Lead in my field, consistently striving to be the best I can be to help a company achieve its goals. I am not ashamed to take on new challenges or hesitant to do tasks others may avoid. I believe it takes every individual to make a company successful, whether they are in management or working as a janitor. Each role is crucial, and without everyone doing their part, a company’s foundation can crumble. That is why every position matters and holds significant value.
