EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe 5 Scrum Master with senior management experience delivering Information Technology (IT) solutions within Government and Commercial contexts, available to join the Senior/Executive leadership team of an IT services organization. For 22+ years I have delivered and managed information technology solutions including turnkey Audio/Visual and other Collaborative Meeting solutions, IT Desktop support, IT consulting, Operations Management, Software Development and Systems Integration and Outsourcing services for Defense, Public Sector and Commercial customers, domestically and internationally. In the process, I transitioned from operations support roles to business consulting responsibilities to project and program management and finally into executive leadership, continually learning and garnering a reputation for excellent customer service, effective financial management, empathetic conflict mediation and expert problem resolution.
