About Ralph Munyan

My company, Munyan Painting and Restoration, has served Florida for more than 60 years. Few contractors can say that, and with good reason. It takes financial stability, quality service, and a commitment to doing it right in order to thrive in our industry. I took this business over from my father, and in time I'll hand it off to my own sons. This third generation of Munyan Painting has been privileged to beautify and protect some of the largest commercial buildings in Florida, yet at the same time continue to service our residential homeowner friends. From high-rise condominiums down to humble beach bungalows. Having cut our teeth during Florida summer downpours, we understand the importance of waterproofing building exteriors. We now specialize in waterproof membranes on walkways and balconies, as well as the newer high-performance wall coatings which keep water out but still allow the building to breathe. Caulking replacement, pressure cleaning, and roof coatings, we can do it all. Our restoration division handles wood framing, stucco, and concrete-rebar repairs. And when it's a complicated job, our on-staff engineers and design professionals keep everybody on track. We bring an old-school approach along with the newest in construction technology.
