About Ralph Pampino

Ralph is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ten years of experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education and teaching children on the Autism Spectrum. Ralph is a resident of the Seattle area and applies his expertise to serving children, parents, families and school districts in the Puget Sound. Ralph has extensive experience in ABA Therapy, educational consulting, functional behavioral assessment, creating and implementing social and academic home programs, parent training, staff member training, the IEP process, and the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans. Ralph has experience working with Military families, Microsoft/Premera families, privately funded families, Families and school districts. Ralph has also instructed masters level students at the University of Washington on behavior disorders. Ralph obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Florida State University and his Master of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of the Pacific. While still a graduate student, Ralph published several of his works in refereed academic journals and has been presenting his work at national and international conferences since he was an undergraduate. Ralph's professional interests lie in the application of behavior analysis to real-life settings such as; ABA Therapy and social communication and the efforts necessary to customize those techniques in the home and school settings in order to obtain meaningful progress.
