I have over 20 years experience in warehouse logistics right now I am employed as a Warehouse Supervisor where I oversee, in conjunction with department leads, the daily floor production of all warehousing activities. Provide timely, accurate, and quality receiving, put-away, pick/pack, special projects, shipping, and replenishment activities providing for adherence to company processes and procedures to ensure customer service standards and the appropriate level of volume within time limits. I Ensuring that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increasing the company’s output. Supervise and coordinate with department leads to ensure all warehouse activities are being completed as specified via company processes and procedures, productivity, accuracy, and quality goals. Ensure all online orders are being processed daily and efficient manner Ensure all inventory movements are documented and handled in a manner that facilitates real-time inventory transactions. Coordinate with other members of leadership to communicate job expectations, provide training, and coach employees. Work closely with other members of warehouse leadership in order to measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance. Help determine staffing levels and assign workload. Work with lead to ensure timely receiving, shipping, and put away of all customer returns Work with Warehouse Leads to provide for timely cycle counts, transfers, and overall product organization of overflow pallets and pick pallets and adherence to pile high configuration. Coordinate with members of leadership to establish a “Safety First” work culture and environment. Maintain proactive communication of issues or lack of adherence to procedures to Senior Management for resolution. Identify areas of improvement and work with Senior Management to establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices. Experience using Forklift; sit-down, stand up, Cherry picker, and Reach. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
