Entrepreneurial executive with native – German and fluent – English, possessing a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and an additional degree from “Business School St. Gallen” with broad international experience (Europe, Asia and North America). I've got more than 20 years' experience in operating at the highest levels in "Blue Chip" international companies within the Automotive and Manufacturing, Retail and Telecom industries, to bring together policy makers, to motivate and engender trust in peers and stakeholders with absolute integrity, honesty and discretion and to address themes of critical importance. For the last years I'm owner of BluCon Interim Management and Consulting. I’m focusing on long-term engagements to consult, build but also execute my projects.
