A hard-working Team Leader/member who performs and delegates all his multiple duties in a respectful and professional manner, while being able putting into action my 20+ years “hands on” maintenance and tool servicing within the oil and gas industry. A “Can Do” person, with a proven track record of executing his principle responsibilities and daily duties. Able to meet agreed deadlines while making sure both, customer and employer requirements, procedures and policies are maintained to the highest level. Apart from my ability to effectively lead a team, I can also motivate staff to do better, make sound decisions and work with managers and staff at all levels of responsibility. As sound communicator I’m able to think, communicate and present information effective and correctly to people from multiple cultures and religions due to having worked within multiple countries and people from divers social and religious backgrounds
